The four historical figures that were represented in the mock nativity scene were Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, and the Statue of Liberty.

2. What are two of the four specialty clinics to open at Dell Medical School? Page B1 "UT Health Austin opens four specialty clinics"

Two of the specialty clinics that I saw were Women's Health Institute and Mulva Clinic.

3.Why is Kendra Scott suing Evereve Inc? Page B5 "Kendra Scott suing rival"
Kendra Scott is suing Evereve Inc. because of trademark infringement.


4. Which Bowie football player was awarded a "game ball" by the Statesman sports staff? Page C8 "Game Balls"
The Bowie football player that was awarded by the sports staff was

5.Which of the movies listed in the box office would you like to see? Page D2 "Happy Death Day"
Out of the movies I would like to go and see is Happy Death Day,I think it looks silly but I actually already have plans to go and see this.

1. What is the writers direct "stance" about science?
 The writers stance in the article about science was that if people don't start using science as  a more powerful tool it is going to have a bad impart on out community.


2. When (which paragraph) do you get a direct statement from the writer about that opinion?
In paragraph six, you get a direct statement from the writer about their opinion.


3. Type the sentence that directly states their opinion.
"Everyone can feel the compelling curiosity of asking why the world works as it does."

4. What facts  did the writer use to support his opinion?
He said that it would be a "powerful tool" that could help advance us, and if we keep trying to ignore that act then we aren't going to go anywhere with the progress of or world.

5. How did the writer conclude the piece?
He concluded the piece by saying,  that we need to embrace the scientific curiosity if we want to solve the un-solved problems.
