News Ethics: 1. Using the 'Holocaust' Metaphor An animal rights group named, "PETA" has started to campaign with a rather touchy topic. Their campaign was titled "Holocaust on your Plate," referring to the killing of millions of jews during the holocaust in 1939-1941. In this campaign they compare the slaughtering of jews, to slaughtering animals now a days.  My Opinion: I don't think this is ethical, its not right to compare humans to animals, in the first place. Let alone taking something that affected a lot of families, and use it as a toy to make more money or have a more functioning business. 2 .
