The person who wrote this story was Katie M.

Her story talked about that high school students should not have any homework.

Yes, there direct opinion was about how high school students should not be given homework. "Some teachers  take up to 45 minutes max to teach me something , and I see no point of giving me homework that takes me one hour to complete." By stating this she supports her main idea that she has stated.

4. Did they address what the other side might think about their topic?
She addressed what other people might think about, but steered it away and put a fact there to unjustify it.

5. Were they wishy-washy with their opinion? By this I mean did they every go back and say well maybe if this were to happen, then their opinion wouldn't be valid. Support your opinion.
I never saw a point where she was wishy-washy in her opinion, it was always clear stated and well thought out.

No, there are not any quotes from this story but there are some facts, relating to the topic.

Yes her direct opinion was about this topic, "The final thing about snapchat is that it’s an app that can be used for some very inappropriate stuff. Parents may not know much about this but teens sure do, when someone sends one picture and someone else decides to share that picture it can result in some very bad things." By saying this she's giving an example, relating to the main topic.

No, she didn't dress the other side of the topic.

5. Were they wishy-washy with their opinion? By this I mean did they every go back and say well maybe if this were to happen, then their opinion wouldn't be valid. Support your opinion.
She was not wishy-washy at all, she stuck with her opinion. She never went off to say the reasons why snapchat might be good, she said it wasn't.

Yes there were some quotes in her story.

She wrote in 2nd person.

8. Can you tell if it is an editorial OR just a regular opinions piece? How?
I can tell that it is an editorial, because she never said "I" and didn't sate her opinion as much as she stated the facts.
